The Alaskan Seafood Institute wanted to find a space where their high-quality seafoods could live and interact with consumers. The territory of food preparation provided ASMI with a new lifestyle look and feel to the brand which was traditionally more industry focused. The recipe focused hub expanded their reach into the consumer market by allowing guests to toggle their way through thousands of recipes we compiled and curated with ASMI and their chefs. We made a digital book to sign-in, rate and save the best creations, and allowed home cooks to share their recipes and tweaks through multiple social platforms. Chef lead how-to’s and curated other technique and informational videos helped even the most novice home chefs, and the simple and expansive website also had its own versions of recipes and advanced techniques for commercial chefs.
